Manchester City's Champions League campaign is back on track as they moved top of Group F with a dominant 3-0 victory over Shakhtar Donetsk. The Ukrainian champions had never been beaten at home by an English side before, but couldn't cope with City, who won with goals from David Silva, Aymeric Laporte and Bernardo Silva. Positives City's shock defeat to French side Lyon in their Champions League seems an aberration as they put on a commanding performance of quality and composure.
